Yeah, yeah, yeah - I know, I didn't get the pictures up . . . AGAIN! All I can do is apologize and let you know that they
will be up eventually! Oh, by the way, the date is set for July 14, 2007 - be there or . . . don't . . . but you'll be missing
one hell of a time! And don't forget - the party is always on, rain or shine!
If you weren't able to make it to our 2006 roast you missed a milestone in JABA history - live entertainment! It was
awesome! The Hounds graced us with their presence and what a blast we had - J Nelson K, Chris-O, Gus and Annie
(Get Your Drum) rocked the roast! We have secured them for 2007, so you don't want to miss it! BA even took the
microphone over for a bit and nailed Jim Croce's 'Don't Mess Around with Jim' - he's been working on his 07 appearance
(and his dance moves!), so have your video cameras ready!

No apologies this year - just too many things going on and not enough 'free' time to put into the website! The pictures are
all up . . .just in time for the 2006 party - which, by the way, is scheduled for July 8, 2006!! I figure most of you check
out the website right before the yearly bash anyway, so hopefully there will be a bunch of you that won't even notice that I
slacked off! Don't forget - if you're disappointed because your picture didn't make the site - please bring a camera this
year and share your pictures with us!
We had so much fun in 2005 - a lot of give-aways (some donated - thank you very much), a lot of dancing and a lot of
laughs! We can't wait to make 2006 the best yet - but the only way we'll do that is if all of you are able to make it again.

Okay, okay, so it took me almost a year to update the website - it's been a crazy year!! Thank you for your patience . . .
and to those who weren't patient, thanks for pushing me to get this done!! A special thanks to JJ for getting our computer
up and running again! Be sure to check out Year 6 on the Pictures link. If your picture didn't make the site, we're sorry,
but we can only post what we have! Be sure to bring a camera this year and send me the pictures!
On to more important things - it's time for everyone to start planning for the 7th Annual JABA Pig Roast! As always, it
won't be the same unless all of you can make it! The date is July 9, 2005. We hope that the weather is on our side again,
but drizzle or shine, the party is on! If you can make it, it would be great if you could take a minute to email us and let us
know! We hope you can of course, but we know summer plans can sometime get in the way! Can't wait to see you all
on July 9th - the party gets started at around noon!!!

It's hard to believe, but the 5th Annual JABA Pig Roast has come and gone! Once again, thanks to all of our friends

Joe Alessio (JA) and Bill Anderson (BA) started the tradition of holding an Annual Pig Roast back in 1999. It started off
small and has grown to include more family and friends every year. Last year there were more than 100 of their closest
friends and relatives!
Of course they don't do it alone! They receive a lot of help - Tricia, Karen A., Sarah, Mark, Tommy, Art, Mary, Lami,
Unc, Jeff, Stephanie - just to name a few - have been there to lend a hand! From the set up of the tent and tables, to
food and beverages, everyone chips in!
The date has been chosen for 2003! Saturday, July 12th! We realize that a lot of you take vacations and travel during
the month of July, but please try not to miss out! If you've been to one of the past parties, you'll know why!
We hope to see you all then. Please feel free to email us with any suggestions to make this years JABA Pig Roast a
smash!

Ok, I got it finished in under a month! Not too bad!
All the pictures that I have developed or received have been added to the site! Be sure to check out Year 5! There are quite a
few pages, so try to get through all of them - it's worth it - the group photo came out great!! If any of you have more pictures
that you think would add to the fun, please be sure to send them to us! Also, I would appreciate any feedback since I'm still
pretty new at this. Any suggestions (fun captions, changes to the set up, etc.) would be much appreciated!
We would like to thank all of you for lending a hand. Whether it be setting up, bringing food, taking over on the grill, or
anything else that was needed to make the day as fantastic as it was, we couldn't have done it without you! We hope that you
enjoyed the day as much as we did and we look forward to seeing you all again next year!!

I want to take a minute to thank everyone for their contributions to my nephew Bryan and Bravo Company in Iraq. We got
an unbelievable amount of all kinds of things to send to him - the first two boxes go out tomorrow. I will be posting a special
thank you letter from Bryan's Mom, my sister Mary to all of you. Check back soon!!!

Here we go again!! JABA's Annual Pig Roast will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2008! You know how it works - come on by
and have a ball. We welcome any and all contributions - food, beer, give-away baskets - whatever you want to bring would be
welcomed. This bash now has a life of its own! Last year we added a new 'competition' - BEER PONG! Yikes! But, it was a big
hit and everyone is welcome to join. As always, if you are interested in playing horseshoes be sure to get there early to have your
name added to the roster. Be sure to send us some emails and let us know if you'll be joining us! Look forward to seeing you all!!
Just an FYI, once again we had computer issues this year and sadly we lost a lot of the pictures from 2006. There are a lot there,
but we had so many more! If anyone has any of these pictures saved, please bring them on a disk to the roast - we would really

There aren't enough words to thank you all for another fantastic year. The weather was incredible once
again and it was so great to see you all. We hope you all enjoyed yourselves - we always look back on the
day and the only regret is that we don't get to spend enough time with each and every one of you. There
are so many people to thank for all of the help and contributions - we wouldn't know where to start! From
set up, food contributions, to purchasing raffle tickets and t-shirts to help us with the cost, to breakdown .
. . this pig roast belongs to everyone that comes and enjoys the day! Oh - and what about that band . . .
and all the 'special guest' performances? Was that fantastic or what?!?!
Of course personally this was an extra special year for Bill and I. As most of you know my family pulled a
fast one on me and told me my nephew Bryan was unable to get leave until August. You will all remember
Bryan as the soldier serving in Iraq that you all so generously donated items to last year! Anyway, they had
it planned all a long to surprise us - and boy did they! Having Bryan and his wife Celia here was the best
thing that could have happened.
PLEASE, if you have any pictures from this year I would appreciate it if you could send them to me.
Either upload them to Snapfish or KodakShare. I didn't get a chance to take many this year and want to be
sure everyone gets on our site! Send me an email at tricia@jabapigroast.com if you have any! Now, go to
